Could I be pregnant?

Hi y'all. About 3 weeks back my boyfriend and I were messing around with one another. He proceeded to finger me and to rub his penis on my vagina. He didn't ejaculate, but I've still been uneasy about it. I felt as if since he didn't put it in me, or ejaculate that I should be fine. I'm a virgin btw.  I got my period, but it wasn't as heavy as usual (maybe because I took a lot of ibuprofen that week) but it was still bright red and I had the PMS symptoms. But it was enough blood for there to be a bloody toilet after I peed. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative until about 3-4 hours later when I saw a faint line which I believed to be an "evap line." During the time he and I were messing around I was 6 six days from my period. It then came, for the amount of time it's usually on. I'm still paranoid about this whole situation though. I'm not ready to be a mother just yet. Could I be pregnant?
