3 car seats across a 2013 Ford Escape??

Hi!!
I just recently found out we are expecting baby number 3! We have a Ford Escape right now. Oldest is 4 and is in a Recaro Harness booster. Would love to keep that car seat if I can. I will need to fit a forward facing, rear facing infant carrier and a convertible car seat. Any suggestions of 3 that work?

Diono is most commonly suggested for three across because they're very slim. There is also the graco slimfit. I haven't used them, just offering suggestions I've heard before! I believe the fb page car seat for the littles has information specifically for fitting three across, so you could do some looking over there as well.
