Pregnancy scare

Well im not scared in pregnant. Im scared that i may have found out too late. I had a party last week and had way too much to drink and now im suspecting im pregnant. Do you think my baby would be okay? Im 4 days late and only spotting. My period could start but this unusual, my periods have been the same since getting off birth control last year.
