3 hour glucose test

Hey all, I did not pass my first glucose test and have to do the 3 hour one on Tuesday 😩 not looking forward to it. I'm freaking out about not being able to eat or drink water for 3 hours! And getting my blood drawn 3 times! On top of that sugar drink! What if I pass out? Can something bad happen?! They also gave me some weird carb diet to follow for this weekend, which I haven't really been following. I eat a lot of carbs as it is (cravings).
