Please Help Me!

I've been on my period for around 4 days now, I'm 15, been having my period for around 3 years. Just recently, it's been becoming more itchy down there. It's come to the point I've become so itchy, I'm itching the skin off and I'm bleeding. Sounds icky but yes, it's that bad. Now it's very puffy, and looks like I had an allergic reaction because it seems like hives. Note that it's not inside or directly surrounding my vagina itself, it's surrounding around it and onto the area where my pelvis is, hopefully that makes sense. I stopped trying to a few hours ago and it's worked but I'm still very itchy. I live with my father and I'm honestly very comfortable with him and he'd do anything for me, I just want to know if this is something I should worry about. This did happen a few months ago. The exact same thing and it went away a day after. Does anyone know what this could be??
