had my first miscarriage after being pregnant for the first time ever and i think my AF has came started off spotting for 2 days and now it's a little heavier no sore boobs or cramps like my normal AF tho. it's been 5 weeks since my miscarriage and 4 days since my hcg levels hit 0. this makes me so sad because it makes things so real but i guess it means we can try again since my body is trying to get back to normal. i'm just confused on if this is really AF  or just my body being weird 😩😩😩
