IMPLANT HELP

I'm thinking of having my implant removed as its caused me so many issues such as acne on my back constant mood swings with terrible anger flip outs weight gain and tiredness all the time and I haven't even had a period in over a year, has anyone else experienced these side effects and what did you do about it? Also I want to have it removed however I don't know wether to move onto a different contraception or go without as I have tried the injection in the bum but my weight gain was horrific as I gained 12Lbs in 2 months and the UID however I really am not comfortable showing the nurse my area😂
