Bleeding during sex

I had sex last night and it hurt when he would go deep. I'm about 10 days away from my period so I wasn't expecting there to be blood. After we were done there was a big light pink blood stain on the bed. I'm not bleeding at all post sex but I do have light cramping. Is this something I should be concerned about?
