Who said no? What reason can there be to think someone should get healthcare benefits lower than anyone?

I'm Canadian, and i love our system here. Honestly, if Americans were to give something similar a chance i know they'd love it too, for the most part. We still pay our own prescriptions, and insurance helps with that, but it's nice to be able to get quality treatment no matter how much money you have. I really believe it makes us stronger as a country, because it makes us think about those less fortunate and most put ourselves in their shoes. It's really an awesome thing to have

Pros- no "networks" and competition is eliminated which can alleviate the expense of medications and procedures

Cons- America is a capitalist country and thrives on competition. I don't see this happening sadly

If Abraham Lincoln, states every man is equal then every individual is as equally capable and has the same rights as all to have equal, affordable, and accessible healthcare. We all have a right to the same healthcare no matter race, class, education, age, sex, sexual orientation, or disability and money.
