For those who have miscarried, did you experience extreme fatigue?

I was diagnosed with an ectopic, given the methotrexate shot, and am just now having symptoms of passing my baby. Has this happened to others? It's been a few weeks since I got the shot and just started bleeding this morning. Now, I'm exhausted 😩

It's a lot on the body, physically and emotionally. Just give yourself time to relax and heal. Sorry you're going through this💕

I miscarried naturally and was exhausted. I think part of it was that it was just such a stressful and emotional time and my body was beyond tired.
