Have you or would you walk away from a family member suffering mental illness if their life was affecting your own in an unhealthy extreme way?

Im all my mom has left but her delusions, behaviour and lies have led to me struggling with anxiety and depression.... My children nearly got taken away last week because she called cfs (cps in the states), dealing with the police almost daily and i cannot function being a parent to my own children while trying to parent her. My step dad (her ex) changed his number on her, her sister blocked her number, her dad has a protection order against her and my husband already told her that she will not be allowed to see our children ever again and unfortunately last night i had to block her number as well and call the police because she was threatening to come vreak into my home to steal my stuff (medications, electronics, husbands smokes, money, and in the past has even threatened to take my children)

I hate to leave her in this mental state all alone and always swore id never do it to her but im just not sure whats left to do.... The hospital refuses to take her for treatment and shes rufusing all other program help iv offered
