Do your taste buds change during your period?
Have any of you noticed of your taste buds change during your period?
For example: I usually love my coffee hot with one Truvia packet and a splash of half & half but since I started my period I can only drink it iced with two packets and twice the amount of h&h.
Just wanted to know if this was common. It's irritating me because I love coffee haha
