WHATS WRONG WITH ME

Everyday for the past 2 days I've been having headaches, and crazy nausea, I feel horrible but I can't throw up, I take pillls for the headache and my headache goes away, but I still feel extremely nauseous and I hate that I can't throw up anything. I also feel soooo dizzy when i'm up, and I get sleepy around 8. Like rn for example and i'm super tired and sleepy. I'm kinda worried I might be pregnant. what do y'all think ? btw my fiancé never cums in me but there's been two times this week where he cums a little bit around my part.. I'm scared..
