I'm running out of my nexplanon in October and so I'm starting to look at other options, Depo made me gain 30+ lbs in 3 months so I'm not going to that again 😅 and I'm unreliable on the pill and was wondering if anyone has any pointers or can help point me in the right direction! And uh my boy is packing so I'd like something that he couldn't pull/rip out

You can get the implant replaced or try an IUD. It goes in your cervix. They have a hormonal (Mirena) and nonhormonal (Paragard) version.

Nexplanon is certainly something you could look at (: Maybe even The Patch. Nexplanon is an implant birth control. It's inserted into the inside of your non dominant arm and it lasts for 3 years. Of course it has its side effects so I advise that you do plenty of research on these methods but that and the IUD are what to be said the MOST effective birth control methods to avoid pregnancy.
