Is bbt 100% for sure?
After bc I have long cycles currently on cd100. My doc said I'm normal just wacky hormones. Well my bbt went way up after the 11th and has been staying up in the high 98.
So did I ovulate for sure? I have gotten pos opks before but this time my temp went way up?
