Fenugreek Capsules?
I've been taking Mother Milk's More Milk Plus fenugreek capsules for about 5 weeks now. They're very expensive and I'm taking 6 a day. I take them because I have actual diagnosed low supply. They've currently about doubled my supply along with having oatmeal with flaxseed. My question is, is there a fenugreek supplement that's going to give me just as much fenugreek a day that's more reasonably priced? The More Milk Plus ones are what was recommended to me by my lactation consultant, and our last appointment was last Monday as I'm producing now about 3/4 of what my baby needs (supplementing with formula). I've been looking into the UpSpring fenugreek capsules but was curious what others would recommend.
