If I call my dr about light spotting and cramps, will they make me come to the office? Or tell me to go to ER? I'd be more comfortable going to my doctors office

If you can get an appointment with your OB soon, that's what I'd do. If your symptoms worsen and you can't get in, it doesn't hurt to get checked out. I never went to that ER, with my miscarriages (not saying you're having one!!) I always just made an appointment with my OB the next day or two.

Is it bright red blood?!? Fills up a pad in an hour or less...go to the ER! If cramps feel like a truck is hitting you... go to ER! If it's brown there when you wipe and cramps less or equal to a period then you can wait to go to dr tmrw!
