Is alcohol good or bad for your period?

One thing,  don't drink while taking anything like midol, tylenol, or advil because the two together will thin your blood and make any bruising or bleeding worse. (Your period is not blood coming out of your veins so that probably won't be worse,  I mean bleeding like from a stomach ulcer or an aneurysm.)

For me, if I'm about to start it makes my cramps a little worse. If I'm already on it, it makes my flow a little heavier. 
Nothing unbearable though.

I drank on the first day of my period this cycle, for me personally it felt better and mine wasn't as heavy as it usually is but that could just be me, I don't drink much
