low sex drive YIKES 🙄😩😣

Does any one else feel really lazy right now I am 11weeks and I have no energy for sex like don't get me wrong my fiancé is amazing it's just everytime we lay done I don't want to be touched or anything doesn't even have to be sexual ! I can't stand intimacy now . What should I do ? Is this normal ? Am i falling out of love ! If you have the same problem please feel free to share ♥️♥️♥️♥️💓
