Can someone please try and explain what 'the real thing' feels like? I've been having a lot of pains that get really intense and people are just telling me 'you'll know the difference when it happens' 'trust me you'll know' well no I don't know because no one explains? I cope with pains really well so I'll literally give birth on my bed! The past 3 days I've had pains that have increased and they just get worse. I had pressure in my bum from the baby pushing down and I didn't know what to do but I got intense pains and cramping but I don't want to go to hospital to get checked because I hate hospitals and I want to go in as late as I can. 36+4 btw
