Lady problems

OKAY SO, I've been having some problems in the southern region 😅. Everytime I pee, it STINGS LIKE A BITCH, and it flucuates(*), I know it's not a yeast infection bc I have had those before and know MY distinct symptoms. is there any ointment i can get to help? ive inspected and theres like a super tiny scratch at the opening of my vagina hole. any help would be so appreciated. ~ Jess
