It's best to try and bd a few days leading up to ovulation. That way sperm is there waiting for your lol eggie. Anything can happen if you wait until you get a positive OPK you could miss that window, that why Dr suggest this. Even though you will not bd on the day of your positive OPK still bd up to 2dpo as you can ovulate a few days after a positive OPK as well. Good luck Hun, 😉👍🏽

The opk just shows your LH spike, you usually won't actually ovulate for another 24-36 hours. You've still got time!
