so a Spanish home attendant

Made a comment that my Baby is going to be raised around grandpas house and can be given a swat if she touches things. In the moment .  I looked at her and was wondering did I hear well. So in thinking I heard correct.   I want. To confront her and say your comment I didn't find it funny that my baby will be raised around hrandpas so if she touches or misbehavaes she'll get a spank.  Who will be spanking because no one is hitting my child.     I also want to add to her if my kid is touched I will break your hands and or face.
