41 weeks

my doctor isnt associated with the hospital I want to give birth at. he doesnt want to send my records over to the hospital I want because he thinks I should go to the main hospital hes associated with but I HATE how ive been treated there BOTH times hes sent me and they didnt want to induce me even having a notice from him telling them to so Im on "bed rest" but I want to know if with copies of tests hes given me I can go into the hospital I want at 41 weeks and have them induce me Im worried about my baby being in there too long just because of being told about low fluid before.
