What is this?

Hello. I have a bump on my labia minora? I'm not familiar with actual terms. I tried to get a picture, but I can't get a good one. Please excuse the public hair. It's about the size of a dime and I just noticed it tonight. It hurts when I try to squeeze it, and nothing comes out.

I have no STDS or infections. I don't have a reliable way to get to the doctor and my OB is overbooked and I don't feel comfortable going to a new one just for this. I'm just looking for opinions about it. I can feel that it's there and it feels... cystic? Has anyone ever had these before? I've thought about lancing it with a sterile hollow needle. It doesn't really itch but if I touch it it does.
