Freaking out!

I am about 15dpo. I haven't gotten a bfp yet, I'm pretty certain that I am pregnant though. I have dry skin, dry mouth, my boobs occasionally hurt and are huge, I get little cramps. However, this morning I woke up with pain in my left shoulder blade and I'm terrified that if I am pregnant that it might be ectopic. Omg I'm soo nervous right now! Has anyone had this and have a normal pregnancy??
