Blue test evap?

I had a super faint line appear instantly on blue dye early result test but I don't believe it because it's blue dye. Do you think an evap can show up immediately? I would take a pic but it won't look the same as I see it in person. Do evaps usually take a while to show up or what's everyone's experience?
