Has anyone found out there pregnant at like 3w3days and then had blood when there period would have been due?

What was your bleeding like? Mines started off real pink then went red, was when I wiped and it dripped into the toilet, lasted 3 hours next day (today) just had brown discharge first thing in the morning then nothing no pain etc, midwife says it was probably implantation but everyone says that's pink/brown so I'm so worried

I just knew I was pregnant at around 3 weeks as I started feeling nauseous and seriously bloated, got my BFP at 3 weeks 2 days and before my period was even late!

Found out at 3 weeks 2 days I'm now 4 weeks and yesterday when my period was due I had pink and red blood only lasted for 3 hours and that's it 😕
