Erythema nodosum

Anyone ever get erythema nodosum during pregnancy? I got it when I was 18 from birth control. This is my 4th pregnancy and it seems like I'm getting it again. I didn't have an issue with my first 3. I'm being seen today for it. If you've ever experienced this during pregnancy what can I expect? When I got it from the birth control it just progressively got worse until they figured out what it was and I stopped taking the birth control. It went away fairly fast then. I'm a little nervous because before knowing what it was I could hardly walk the pain was so intense.
