how did you find out the sex?

I'm 10w 4d and we had blood work done last week for genetic tests and they determined the sex! We're holding off for a few weeks and want to be surprised with family. How did you and your partner/family find out the sex??

My aunt was the only one who knew the gender and we did a baseball or bows themed party since my SO played in the minors, it was a suprise to us both, very fun!! We also did a blood test early on

We went for an elective scan at 16 weeks and were told "boy" tentatively.
I had my blood drawn at 14 weeks, but the results came back inconclusive and I needed another draw at 18 weeks.
Finally at 20 weeks we were told definitely boy.

Ultrasound at 20 weeks. She had her legs spread wide open. It was the first shot when the tech started the ultrasound. Good thing we didn't want it to be a surprise.
