So I'm not an expert on ultrasounds at all but from just first glance this kind of looks like a side view not a straight up the middle between the leg shot. So his other leg would be hidden behind the one your seeing. Maybe? I edited it to show you where I think the butt is so maybe that will you give 
 ou an idea of what I'm talking about.

I just posted a very similar question! I'm only 13.3, but I had an early ultrasound an they said it's a boy as well. Yours looks like a boy to me, but I'm currently second guessing everything so I'm probably not much help.
 At 16 weeks they should be pretty certain about it. They knew my daughter was a girl without a doubt at 16 weeks. :)
