Microgestin 1/20

Okay yall please i need input

First on the pill for 10months(now) i just started getting bad headaches and upset stomach at night when i take it instead in the AM at work. So now i missed my pill for 5 days everyone knows when you miss 3days your period comes on!! Mine hasn't took a test last friday but negative due to i still took 3 pills that prior week before i missed 5 days and counting (4-10/4-16) last day of any pill 4-7 -16 plus it was ovulation week soooo do you guys think i have an egg in the oven??
