Can I Dance While Pregnant?

Okay well I don't know how long I am in my pregnancy but I am a hip hop dancer and I wanted to know if I still can dance while I'm pregnant I know like once it gets to a certain point in my pregnancy I will have to stop. But I just got this offer for dancing and they will pay me monthly and I really didn't wanna turn the offer down. Please help.. btw my belly isn't showing yet.

Every pregnancy is different but I'm a Salsa dance instructor and Zumba instructor, I teach every day and my doctor told me I could continue till the end or until it no longer feels comfortable.  Good luck and make sure to consult your doctor!

I would double check with your doctor to be sure, as they have a better picture of your overall health and pregnancy, but usually if it's an activity you already do, like dancing/running/etc, they'll ok it, and let you know risks/what to look out for/etc.

I do cheography for sweet 15s and I'm 30 weeks I'm doing one atm and it's not hard but it does get tiring I start feeling heavy pressure after 3 hours or practing we usually practice for 5 hours and I'm teaching them a mix of cumbia and Mexican hip-hop lol

My understanding is that if you were doing it pre-pregnancy and you're comfortable to do it now you're good to go. There shouldn't be any issues as long as you're listening to your body :)
