Do you feel nauseous during your fertility window?

For the past couple of cycles, I have had nausea during the mornings of my fertility window and when it gets close to my menstrual period. I feel like it's such a trick to especially feel that leading up to my period, and sometimes i even feel nauseous during it. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and what helps?

It's actually really common to feel sick during ovulation because of the hormone surge.. I take it as I good sign lol. But yes such a pain that pms and preg symptoms are so similar!
