we're should baby be ?

So passed few days and nights I have been having pain even when my baby kicked really hurts today baby feels like it's been kicking at top of my belly for the first time thought they didn't move up til later on In pregnancy I am only 19 plus 5 but it's my 3 rd baby other two was naily 8 and 6 years ago so carnt remember anything really I always thought I was more weeks but the ultrasound person didn't seem intrested was just going off my 6 week scan I have my other scan at 21 weeks plus 5 th may anyone else having these symptoms ?
