out of shape+gym class| help😁

I'm 15, very out of shape, and in exactly a week I have to run a mile in gym class.. Again very out of shape.. I'm homeschooled (but I still have teachers, all the 9th graders will meet up somewhere for PE testing) being homeschooled I don't get out of the house much. I probably would if it wasn't so darn hot and more things to do here, it would also help if I had friends😁😳lol.. Anyway I'm pretty nervous because I don't want to embarrass myself (which I'm sure I will anyway) Lately I have been wanting to start getting healthier and lose weight..I'm pretty chubby lol..so maybe this will be the kickstart. BUT right now I'm just focusing on the mile, SO I could use some tips/routines or whatever to help prepare me (a very out of shape person..) in 7 days to run a mile for my gym class testing. It might even be the pacer test I'm not sure. I might be overreacting a bit but as I said a million times I'm way to out of shape than I should be, I'm pretty embarrassed, but hey, maybe this will be the start of my health journey. Anyway please help me out I'm desperate😂 and pretty anxious for this darn test.😁🙄
