Traveing husband during pregnancy and after birth !

Hey ladies. I am only 12 weeks pregnant with out sweet twins but already worrying about hubbies traveling job. He works for the railroad and is home for a week then gone for a week. I am so worried I will go into pre term labor or labor while he is not home. Even if I sceduale a planned induction or c section what if I go into labor before that. He has to fly home which takes hours. Also how long should he take off after the babies are here ? Any ladies in a similar situation please give me advice on what worked for you !
