I was at Starbucks and there was a table of six little girls, they looked to be about 12. One if the little girls came up to the counter and said they were not satisfied with the drink they ordered and would like it replaced with a different drink. It absolutely blew my mind. She expected it to be replaced for free because she chose something she didn't like. It wasn't made incorrectly, there was nothing wrong with it. She just didn't like it. I thought it was incrediblly bratty. And by the look on the gir behind the counters face it's safe to assume she agreed. I think she should of have paid for another drink. So my question is, if there's nothing wrong with the preparation of something you ordered, do you think it's acceptable to have it changed to something different free of charge? Why/why not?
