Its looking for three temps in a row that are at least 0.1 higher than any of the five temps immediately preceeding the raised temps. You don't have five preceeding the first increase, but given the large shift, I think FF has it right.

You should ovulate within 48 hours of your FIRST positive OPK. And your first temp rise begins the same day as your first positive, which is totally possible. The length of your hormone surge (meaning the number of positive OPKs doesn't matter).

You ovulate on the last low temp day, and the first higher temp day is the first day post ovulation (1 DPO).

Triphasic charts, where you have a second temp rise, are good indicators for possible implantation/pregnancy (however it could also simply be an estrogen surge).

That's what they call triphasic (a 3rd shift) and actually increases your chance if pregnancy.  I say 8 dpo for sure.
