I don't know what's wrong with me

I am 6 weeks 5 days pregnant. I have a swollen lymph node underneath my jaw and it's growing bigger. Was just put on antibiotics yesterday, and now my fever is 102.4. I am scared. Other symptoms are all over ache, leg pain, extreme fatigue, loss of weight, forcing myself to eat, and extreme dizziness. First pregnancy. It took me about an hour to eat my sandwich because of the pain in my throat from the swelling. ****update: is it just me or a nurse should check if baby is okay? They are doing another strep test and a UTI test. I really need a second opinion. At least check if I'm still pregnant!!!
