help please....

I know this is probably in the wrong place but I need help.! I'm suffering from fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.(as well as depression and anxiety)... I'm wondering if anyone on here has the same thing and what job is suitable for it? And if there is any jobs from home people can recommend. (I don't mean Avon or anything like that.).., real decent jobs.... struggling big time with no job and one income with a mortgage and bills to pay :(
