I see all these posts with women saying "9dpo" so my question is, how do you figure out how many dpo you are? TTC for 4 months.

I use OPK tests and I get severe cramping when I ovulate.

If you take opks you'll know the day you ovulate. Its usually between cd10-16.. Most common is cd14. Most people have a 14-16 day luteal phase so it usually around two weeks before your period. Be careful with that though.. I thought this was true for me.. And turns out I had a long luteal phase. I still ovulated in cd14 but had a 21 day long luteal phase. Dpo stands for days past ovulation :)
