healing after hysteroscopy

Alright ladies I need some advice. I had my laparoscopy/hysteroscopy/dnc on Monday. The dr said he didn't find endo but he did find adenomyosis. I ended up with only one incision in my belly button and it's still pretty painful. AF was due to start Wednesday but I was told most likely wouldn't due to the procedure. However, I'm  bleeding pretty good. Monday and Tuesday was spotting, yesterday light/medium bleeding and tonight it's pretty intense. I have no energy and am achey. My breast feel like someone used them as a punching bag. I don't know what is normal and what's not. Just trying to figure out if I should call my drs office.
