Itching.. .. 😞

This may be a tad bit personal but I have been having problems with itching......down there. my doctor has checked for uti's yeast infection and everything in between so far there have been no positive results. I have been put on three ointments and one antibiotic nothing has helped and now sex is completely out of the question because of burning afterwards to the point I am in tears. has anyone else experienced anything like this ? I am 25 weeks I will 26 weeks Tuesday.
