Nipple problems

For about a month now I've had sore breasts. My nipples seem to be more sensitive when my boyfriend plays with and nibbles them. Yesterday my left nipple began hurting a lot, like a sharp shooting pain. I checked it and it looks like there's a small red crack in it that my right one doesn't have. My breasts are also veiny and my nipples seem to be stretching. I am on the lowest dosage of pill and I take them everyday at about the same time. I have also had frequent urination (it's not a lot but it feels almost like a uti.) And I have had a new onset of acid reflux.

Are these symptoms of birth control or pregnancy?
