Running while pregnant?
I am 18 weeks preggers and FINALLY have my full energy back (hello!!!). I've always been overweight but a fit overweight. I swear to you I haven't worked out since January of this year! My legs have turned to jelly. I used to be a runner and thoroughly enjoyed running outside to keep fit. Is this something pregnant women can do? I seem to get winded now just going up the bloody stairs! Any exercise tips for a fit healthy pregnancy are welcome!
