Not non medicated ?

Question

So I had a non medicated birth with no epidural and no pain meds but since I wasn't dialating properly on my own the doctor gave me pitocin and my friend is putting me down saying I shouldn't be saying I had a non medicated birth because pitocin is a medication used for dialation. What you guys think ?

I'm so over women worrying about this type of thing. Who cares? Epidurals are perfectly safe. Doesn't make you a better woman if you don't have one.

Pitocin generally makes labor more painful. You may not be able to say "all natural" but you can definitely say "nonmedicated" or no pain management. I'd be all kinds of irritated if someone said that to me 😒

Where are people going nowadays?! It annoys me way too much. In stead of being happy and graceful that you are alive had a baby that's healthy and all good, people think and talk about complete nonsense. Like wtf does it matter?? Be happy!! There are women that have one or more miscarriages , can't get pregnant at all 
or are trying for years for a baby!! You won't see or hear them whining about bullshit like this, one they are pregnant and give birth anyhow!!

I don't think it matters considering the fact that u had a baby maybe she should just say congratulations... instead of worrying about medication
