So is it just me or does anyone else get really bad bad bloating ..... Like the full feeling kinda and when you push down on it, it's hard as a rock ?!? It's like the bloating that's the whole abdomen... And it comes after you eat and on your PMS. My bloating is soo bad it's comes whenever it wants too not only after I eat and my PMS. It gets so big it makes me feel like I'm pregnant 🙃💀😂🙄
