So I'm almost 17 weeks pregnant and I'm constantly having like a sharp achy pain in my lower back and hips. It's all the time and it's very painful. Is it normal? And if it is then what can I do??? 😔😭

Try a pregnancy belt! I have scoliosis, so it helps a lot. I've been wearing it since early in my pregnancy. I also see a chiropractor on a regular basis.

Three things I do completely take away my aches and pains: chiropractor every 2 weeks, stretching my legs and back every night, and kinesiology tape. It pretty much does the same thing as a pregnancy belt but it's not bulky and feels so much more comfortable. Just look up kinesiology tape for pregnancy. It's been a life saver for me so I definitely recommend it!!
