I have a pain in the center of my chest. I don't have any heart problems or anything. Could it be my lack of exercise?

I had a horrible pain in my chest (like, right between my breasts), and it ended up being heartburn. I took some antacids and felt fine. But before that? I spent the majority of the day thinking I was going to die.

Could be anything from your heart to a rib being out of place or something as simple as gas or acid. I'd just drink some water and relax in the comfiest position you can. Keep in mind if it is acid or gas, laying down will make it worse. But if it does get worse or doesn't go away, definitely tell your doctor
